Aggie Planners is an alumni‑run platform that provides:

A contact feature allowing Prospects to request communication from a specific advisor
Aggie Planners is not affiliated with Texas A&M University or any regulatory authority.
3. User‑Submitted and Publicly Sourced Information
Advisor profiles and job postings displayed on the Site may be:

Provided by users
-
Copied or summarized from publicly available sources
Aggie Planners does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any such information.
4. No Credential Verification
Aggie Planners does not verify:

Licenses
-
Registrations
-
Certifications
-
Designations
-
Employment history
-
Regulatory standing
Advisors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their information. Users must independently verify any advisor before engaging them.
5. No Endorsement
Listing an advisor, employer, or job posting does not constitute:

Endorsement

Recommendation
-
Validation
-
Approval
Aggie Planners does not guarantee advisor quality, job quality, or outcomes.
6. Job Board Content
Job postings may be:

Copied from publicly available sources

Summarized for convenience

Submitted by users
Aggie Planners does not:

Vet employers

Confirm job legitimacy

Guarantee compensation, accuracy, or availability
Users must independently verify all job information.
7. Contact Features
Messages submitted through the Site’s contact form are routed to the Aggie Planners board email and may be forwarded to advisors. Aggie Planners is not responsible for:

Spam filtering

Advisor response times

Misuse of contact information
8. Prospect Contact Submissions
Prospective clients (“Prospects”) may submit their contact information through the Site to request communication from a specific advisor. By using this feature, Prospects acknowledge and agree that:

Aggie Planners does not review, screen, or evaluate the advisor selected by the Prospect.

Aggie Planners does not recommend, endorse, or match Prospects with advisors.

Aggie Planners’ role is strictly limited to forwarding the Prospect’s message to the advisor’s publicly provided contact information.

Aggie Planners does not guarantee that an advisor will respond, contact the Prospect, or accept them as a client.

Aggie Planners is not responsible for any communication, advice, services, or outcomes that occur after the Prospect’s information is forwarded.

Advisors are solely responsible for complying with all regulatory requirements related to client communication, solicitation, advertising, and recordkeeping.
Prospects agree that Aggie Planners shall have no liability for any damages arising from or related to the forwarding of contact information or subsequent interactions between Prospects and advisors.
9. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:

Submit false or misleading information

Impersonate any person or entity

Scrape or harvest data

Use the Site for unlawful purposes
10. Intellectual Property
All content created by Aggie Planners (formatting, layout, descriptions, summaries) is owned by Aggie Planners. User‑submitted content remains the property of the user.
11. Right to Remove Content
Aggie Planners may edit, suspend, or remove any listing at its sole discretion.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Aggie Planners is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Site.

Aggie Planners is not responsible for advisor misconduct, job posting inaccuracies, or financial losses.

Total liability is limited to the greater of fees paid or $100.
13. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aggie Planners, its board, and volunteers from any claims arising out of:

Prospect submissions

Violations of these Terms
14. Mandatory Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Williamson County, Texas.
15. Class‑Action Waiver
Users agree that disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis. No class actions, class arbitrations, or representative claims are permitted.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
17. Changes to Terms
Aggie Planners may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
